What happens to my progress if I stop paying?

You keep every routine and you keep all your logged sessions — you simply stop seeing charts older than four weeks and your family share links stop working. Nothing is deleted, and nothing you have done is lost.

Does my family member need to pay?

No. Only the member has an account. A caregiver opens the share link you send them, on any device, with no account, no password and no cost.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, in one tap from your account, with no phone call and no retention script. Your free access continues after cancelling.

Do you offer a discounted rate?

We keep the Family plan deliberately low. If nine dollars a month is genuinely a barrier, email us and we will arrange access — we would rather you moved than you paid.
